 The Difference Between A Normal Split Leap And A Sissone by thepushyqueenofsluttown.


Split leap: takes off of one foot, lands on one foot, split is even in the air (both legs parallel to the floor at apex of split):

Split jump: takes off of two feet, lands on two feet, split is even in the air (both legs parallel to floor at apex of split):

Sissone: takes off of two feet, lands on one foot, split is angled in the air (still a full split but tilted forward so that the front leg is lower than the back leg; not parallel to the floor like the split jump and split leap):
